Experience: 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience in VBA, Power Application, Excel Automations, Reporting, Dashboarding Job Descriptions: We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst / MIS resource; proficient in Power Application, VBA, Excel Automations, Reporting, Dashboarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive insights and optimize business processes. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data solutions, generating actionable reports and dashboards, and automating repetitive tasks using advanced tools and technologies. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power Application, Excel / Power BI to provide insights into key business metrics and KPIs. 2. Design and implement data models and ETL processes to transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights. 3. Utilize VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate manual processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance data manipulation capabilities in Microsoft Excel and other applications. 4. Leverage Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks, including data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical analysis. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, gather data sources, and deliver analytical solutions that meet stakeholders' needs. 6. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations. 7. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, visualization, and automation technologies, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges. 8. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use data tools and dashboards to make data-driven decisions and optimize business performance. 9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance, data quality, and data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. 10. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a minimum of 4 to 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing data solutions. 3. Strong proficiency in Excel / Access Data Base, Power BI is added advantage, including experience with data modelling, DAX calculations, and building interactive reports and dashboards. 4. Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation tasks and advanced data manipulation in Microsoft Excel. 5. Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation, with knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib is an added advantage 6. Solid understanding of data management principles, ETL processes, and database technologies (SQL, MySQL, etc.). 7. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
