*We, Infetechno, a small IT and staff augmentation service provider, are looking for immediate joiners to join us.*
**Support Engineers*
*Location: Ahmedabad (C.G Road)*
*Experience: 2–5 Years**
*Skills Required:*
PowerBI – Intermediate/advanced
API connections and integrations
Intermediate/advanced coding/scripting skills, especially database query languages SQL
Microsoft Excel – Basic/intermediate (ability to do vlookups and other functions, VBA a plus)
QA and testing experience
Basic understanding of data engineering
Retail data analytics, working with large datasets
IT troubleshooting skills – Intermediate/advanced (understanding of browser functionality, software installation, understanding of network connectivity, etc.)
Customer support soft skills / Communication Skills
Database fundamentals (including some experience in db query language such as SQL, Oracle)
XML – Basic/intermediate
PowerShell
*Additional Note:*
*Extensive experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using programming languages like Java.*
