Job Description:
- Lead the Power BI support and enhancement track within the managed services engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery.- Review and guide enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and data models. Perform root cause analysis for issues in published reports and propose fixes or optimizations.- Manage SLAs for incident resolution, service requests, and minor change requests. Maintain report documentation, versioning, and change logs.- Coordinate with the data engineering team for backend data issues or model changes (e.g., goldplatinum layer).- Support performance tuning, governance, and best practice adoption.
