Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Management:

  • Ensure timely completion and high-quality execution of assigned projects, either as a lead or contributor.
  • Plan, monitor, and track project progress and team contributions; conduct project meetings.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities through high-level requirement analysis, approach design, estimations, and proposals.
  • Hold responsibility for managing one to three (or up to four) projects simultaneously.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Design databases, implement SSIS/SSAS packages, and develop reports and dashboards.
  • Work with cloud services such as SQL Azure, Dataverse, and SQL Data Warehouse.
  • Gather solution requirements and create detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Validate deliverables against requirements and perform software testing.
  • Contribute to analytics deliverables, including reports, dashboards, data marts, and documentation.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Mentor team members on work ethics, process awareness, and technology.
  • Train and guide colleagues on technical, business application, and process topics.
  • Plan and monitor project execution through clear assignments and active oversight.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate technical, project, and team-related matters clearly.
  • Prepare presentations, whitepapers, and documents to explain complex technical and strategic concepts.
  • Conduct technology workshops and presentations for decision-makers.
