Power Automate - RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Developer proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and Python scripting. The candidate will

be responsible for the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirement gathering,

analysis, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions. This role

demands strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business

stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to gather and document automation requirements.

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

improvements.

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power

Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows).

• Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation scenarios that require data

processing, API interaction, or advanced logic.

• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Deploy RPA solutions to production environments and provide post-deployment

support.

• Maintain documentation for all solutions developed, including process maps,

technical specifications, and user guides.

• Monitor and maintain automation workflows, handling exceptions and performing

root cause analysis for issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and

operations.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Power Automate

Desktop, Cloud Flows).

• Strong Python scripting skills with experience in automating tasks, working with files,

databases, and APIs.

• Experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects: requirement

gathering, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

• Good understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
• Familiarity with Excel automation, Outlook automation, SharePoint integration, and

Power Platform ecosystem.

• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
