Job Purpose Summary: The Responsys Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Responsys-based marketing automation solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business, analytics, and engineering teams to create and optimize personalized, data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using Oracle Responsys . Develop and manage data integrations , filters, dynamic content, and segmentation logic. Build and maintain programmatic workflows using Interact Programs . Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaign performance and deliverability. Ensure all marketing activities comply with data protection and privacy standards . Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices. Support testing and QA of campaign logic, dynamic content, and audience targeting. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–4 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Responsys . Strong technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Proven experience in campaign automation , segmentation , and personalization . Familiarity with API integrations and data management workflows . Nice to Have: Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign). Knowledge of CRM systems and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) . Understanding of email deliverability best practices and campaign analytics. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and commitment to campaign quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment. Strong understanding of marketing automation, data workflows, and customer engagement strategies . Work Mode: Hybrid — expected to work 2–3 days per week from the Mumbai office.
