Technical Skills & Projects

• Expertise in SharePoint migrations, with the largest migration being around 100 GB of list/library data.
• Experience redesigning InfoPath forms to Power Apps and converting SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate flows.
• InfoPath to Power Apps conversions were done from scratch due to lack of automated tools.
• Faced challenges with Power Apps data limits (2000 items), handled using filter queries and user training for new UI.
• Used galleries and collections in Power Apps to replicate repeating sections from InfoPath.
• SharePoint migrations performed using Sharegate and PowerShell scripts for pre/post migration reports and data validation.
• SPFX development experience includes building React-based gallery web parts and integrating user images via Power Automate.
• Deployment of SPFX components involves using gulp package, app catalog, and site contents for installation.
• Past experience with K2 Blackpool for workflow automation and smart forms, prior to Nintex acquisition.
• Current project involves developing a landing page with dashboards and trackers, using Power Apps and Power BI for visualization and access control.
• Encountered performance issues with Power Apps when handling lists over 2000 items, considering duplicate ID columns and collections as workarounds.

Power Platform & Governance

• Power Platform governance includes environment segregation (dev, test, prod), managed solutions, and code reviews for best practices.
• Has used manual solution export/import for Power Platform deployments; aware of GitHub pipelines for version management.
