Post-Sales Operations Manager (Weaving Division)

As the Manager of Fulfilment & Customer Experience in the Weaving Division at our company in Surat, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from order confirmation to timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading post-sales execution, production planning, monitoring shop floor progress, supervising dispatch and delivery, implementing quality control protocols, handling customer feedback, and maintaining coordination between various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end post-sales execution for weaving orders - Prepare and adjust daily production schedules in coordination with the factory team - Monitor progress on Air Jet and Water Jet looms - Supervise dispatch and delivery to ensure timely and safe orders - Implement quality control protocols before shipment - Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution effectively - Serve as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics teams - Maintain reporting dashboards and issue trackers for internal visibility Key Requirements: - 4-8 years of experience in textile operations, production planning, or dispatch management - Strong knowledge of Air Jet and Water Jet looms - Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination under tight deadlines - Familiarity with ERP or production planning software (Recommended) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (preferred) - Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, or a related field Joining our team means being part of a sustainability-focused textile manufacturer, working closely with leadership on impactful decisions, and contributing to a legacy business embracing green innovation and global expansion.
