Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Sales Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Post Sales Manager will handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to address any post-sales service issues. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and building strong client relationships for long-term loyalty.
