Job Description

Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Cab Facility will be provided for both sides) Daily Tasks: 1. Update all sales and form statistics from the previous day every morning before starting the day. 2. Maintain and update sales and forms in the designated sheet. 3. Check and respond to all emails. 4. Review all Hangouts messages to ensure tasks are on track. 5. Update the sheet with submitted forms, including honoree names and sales leader names, to assist team with evaluations. 6. Mark all released scorecards. 7. Notify sales leaders about pending nominations and sales deals after releasing scorecards. 8. Follow up via email and calls on tasks assigned by the manager, such as working on past awardee data for launchpads. 9. Keep the agenda updated with speaker details and necessary changes. 10. Contact speakers via calls and emails regarding their panel and Keynote topics. 11. Manage nomination deals, ensuring smooth transition to the scorecard-released stage. 12. Create and maintain a portal for awardees and non-awardees. 13. Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, or WhatsApp for marketing delivery submissions, as coordinated with the delivery team and by reviewing sales deals regularly. 14. Collaborate with the team to address dashboard and portal-related issues and resolve challenges during order creation. 15. Draft and send introduction emails for sponsors and exhibitors after creating their orders to initiate follow-ups. 16. Maintain a sheet to track marketing deliverable submissions, ensuring all updates are accurately reflected on the dashboard. 17. Maintaining sales deals in HubSpot after verifying them with sales leaders for the transactions they have completed. Additional Responsibilities: Keep track of all plaques, speakers, agendas, and marketing materials for magazine preparation ahead of the conference. All panel discussion details and keynote speaker introduction emails must be completed before the conference to ensure they can coordinate with each other prior to appearing on stage at the event. Perform other tasks as required based on process needs, especially as conferences approach.
