Job Description

Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
Advanced certifications like CCNP/CCIE, CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure, ITIL
Expertise in Cybersecurity, Networking, Mobility; knowledge of adjacent domains .
Ability to design/document HLDs, LLDs, SOWs, and validate solutions .
Capability to engage partners, customers, vendors, and mentor engineers .
Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end solutions to meet business and technical needs.
Provide technical leadership during delivery, guiding teams and ensuring design adherence.
Manage critical escalations, validate solutions, and ensure customer confidence.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of Networking, Mobility, and Cybersecurity technologies.
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, PMs, and OEMs to align SLAs and mentor engineers.
