Experience: 7+ Years Must Have Skills: Production Support Lead (Should be managing a team of engineers) Should read daily logs, progress notes, incident reporting. Weekly/Monthly reporting. Hands on experience on Jira tools, SQL, Linux & API Experience in Banking Application. Role & responsibilities Maintain required paperwork: daily logs, progress notes, incident reporting. Good Knowledge on SQL, API, and Linux Must have Banking domain knowledge Good understanding to read logs and provide analysis. Create weekly and monthly presentations and present to client for governance. Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required Interaction with cross functional teams to resolve issue and provide permanent fix Diagnose and respond to customer support service call requests. Ensure change management process is followed and production change documentation follows. Ensure proper documentation for recordkeeping, change control, and configuration maintenance. Propose (and in some cases implement) solutions in a team setting, backed by compelling analysis). Select to-do tasks from a list to complete by due dates. Implement developed applications and provide customer support of applications. Knowledge on ITIL framework Possesses strong time management and collaboration skills. A critical thinker and problem solver. Use leadership skills to diagnose and assist with issues. Hands-on experience on tools like JIRA. Experience in taking interviews. SFDC experience good to have.
