Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in shape of online payment on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana along with receipt of online payment and attested copies of certificates for the one post of Sr. Research Fellow @ Rs.37000/- P. M. + 16% HRA for provided in the scheme

“Development of Deep Learning Algorithms for Wheat Crop Disease Assessment using Multispectral Imaging, Misc. 126 (PC-5426)”

for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.)/ B.Sc. (Biosciences) with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60 % marks.
• M.Sc. in Plant Pathology/Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Biosciences with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65 % marks and CSIR UGC/ICAR NET qualified.
• M.Sc Plant Pathology/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Biosciences with least OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks and without NET may be recruited as Project Associate 1 @ Rs.25000+ 16% HRA.
  

Note: - 1.

The candidate, who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.

Desirable qualification:

Work experience in Wheat Pathology, lab and field work.
