Job Description

Position: Telecounsellor Admission Department

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)

Timings: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 12 Years

Salary: 25,000 32,500 per month + Attractive Incentives

Transport: Free Pick & Drop (Within Tricity Only)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Make (150200)+ outbound calls per day to prospective students for course counseling and lead generation.
Provide detailed information about undergraduate/postgraduate courses and guide students on the admission process.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through telephonic interaction.
Send thank-you emails promptly after every new telephonic interaction and update the visit details in WhatsApp groups.
Maintain effective and timely follow-ups with interested students.
Respond to all queries professionally, clearly, and confidently.
Demonstrate strong ownership and responsibility in every follow-up.
Maintain proper calling etiquette and punctuality throughout working hours.
Route escalated queries to the appropriate department for resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (No MTI).
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-ups.
Must be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Joiners preferred within 1530 days.
Graduate in any discipline.
7 Days Training Provided before role initiation.
