Job Description

Paridhan Vikas Bhawan , Plot No. for Apparel Sector with 92 Vocational Training Centres on Pan-India (ATDC).

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of Research Associate on full time contract

basis for ATDC NHO, Gurugram as per the details below:

Location: ATDC National Head Office - Gurugram

Age Limit: Below-40 Years

Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

Post Graduate Degree/ B. Tech. in Garment / Apparel / Clothing / Fashion Technology or related field from recognized University / National Fashion Institutes (Full Time) and MBA in Operation

Management from recognized University. PhD preferred.

Total experience of minimum 4 years in institution building and training, out of which minimum 2 Years must be in research design and project report writing in allied industries. Community

development & livelihood enhancement projects, policy-linked research, curriculum development, and

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation of National/State Level Skill Development programmes under Central/ State Govt. Agencies and regulatory bodies like AICTE/NSDC.

Content development for capacity building programs. Conceptualizing and creating community development projects, implementation and monitoring and reports writing.

Presentation preparations for business development and institution building.

Delivery of Audio Visuals and online classes etc. for the Students/professionals and capacity building Courses.

Develop new programs based on industry requirements.

Candidate should have passion for institution building with humane approach and behaviour.

Maintain a positive learning environment by promoting student engagement, motivation, and creativity

Skills Required / Good Knowledge of -

Excellent Knowledge of Institution building.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good organisational and relationship-building skills.

Proficient and confident in using IT / Digital tools.

Salary structure is on cost to company basis.
