Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for an HR & Social Media Executive. The role involves handling various human resource functions, and overseeing personnel management. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company's social media presence.

Qualifications

Expertise in Personnel Management and employee engagement strategies

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management skills is a plus

0–1 years of experience in HR or social media management (IT industry preferred).

Social Media Management:

Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Collaborate with designers/developers for creative posts and updates.

Monitor engagement metrics and improve brand visibility.

Respond to inquiries and maintain a positive brand image online.

Skills & Qualifications

0–1 years of experience in HR or social media management (IT industry preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset and familiarity with Canva / social media tools.
