Portfolio & performance Analysis - Associate

As an Associate in the Portfolio & Performance Analysis team, your role involves managing the global GIPS composite process with high operational standards. You will collaborate with various departments to implement strategic solutions, ensure the team functions as a Centre of Excellence, and maintain a globally consistent approach for efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Running Composite COE with high operational standards - Keeping abreast with changes in GIPS standards and application thereof - Timely and accurate publication of GIPS presentations - Managing external verification of composites - Providing ad hoc data research and analysis for clients - Developing strategic solutions and defining PAG business requirements - Participating in UAT and Production testing - Maintaining a risk and control mindset - Supporting regulatory or controls deliverables and other ad hoc projects - Identifying project scope, key milestones, researching background, assessing risks, and designing test procedures **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8 years of work experience - Familiarity with portfolio performance, investments, and project management - Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex business requirements effectively - Ability to work well in a global integrated team - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint If you have a CFA or CIPM certification, it will be considered a preferred qualification for this role.,
