About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Portfolio Optimization Leader to drive end-to-end portfolio strategies for low & medium risk customers. The role involves optimizing credit card portfolio performance, improving authorization success rates, and leveraging data analytics to drive portfolio growth while maintaining delinquency benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute portfolio optimization strategies for credit card customers
Conduct analysis for limit enhancement and cross-sell optimization
Improve authorization rates and reduce transaction declines
Develop monthly portfolio performance dashboards
Analyze credit bureau and alternate data for decision-making
Work on regulatory & network-driven implementations
Partner with marketing teams on customer campaigns
Monitor BIN-level caps and portfolio KPIs
Ensure adherence to internal processes and governance

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in
SAS, SQL, Python
Mandatory background in
Banking / Credit Cards
Expertise in
Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Portfolio Analytics
Experience in
data modelling, portfolio dashboards
Knowledge of
ACS, card networks, payment processing
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Team-handling experience is required

Qualifications

Masters degree in
Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Management
