Portfolio Operations Specialist

As a Portfolio Operations Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily and monthly portfolio accounting activities to ensure accurate reconciliation and maintain operational excellence across our investment processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform daily reconciliation of cash, positions, market values, trade breaks, and P&L. - Monitor cash flows and analyze corporate actions. - Support monthly NAV calculations and prepare month-end reporting packages (NAV, P&L, trial balance, allocations, investor statements). - Handle administrator reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies. - Partner with the Portfolio Operations Lead on process enhancements and team updates. - Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency. - Follow all quality and information security protocols, including audit support. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or financial services is an advantage.
