About client company:

The said client company is a second largest asset management company in India.

Job Position: Sr.Manager/Manager(Portfolio Management Service Channel)

Job Location: Chennai

Salary-As per industry standard

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible to enable sales by leveraging product knowledge and supporting the sales team. Primarily responsible for conducting product trainings and knowledge sessions for internal employees and achieving product level targets for the assigned Region. To be the Single point of contact for all Product related queries in the Region.The person must be handling portfolio of clients of atleast Rs50lakh and above.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To increase the penetration and market share of PMS products in their respective geographies

2. Liase with distributors and build rapport to increase penetration of PMS products

3. Responsible for activating dormant channel to increase sales

4. Increase visibility of PMS products among distributors

5. Responsible for PMS product training to internal AMC RMs and distributors

6. Think Out of the box for creating more penetration and sales in PMS.

7. Handling PMS queries and services issues for all existing PMS products

Requirements:

Desired Education Background- MBA (Finance)/CA/Any relevant graduates

Desired Work Experience 9-15 years

Critical Skills Required: Communication Skills, Analytical skills, Sales techniques, Product & Market Knowledge, Interpersonal skills, Understanding of Macro and micro Economics, Understanding of Capital Market
