Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Portfolio Manager at Nestrov. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate services, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the real estate process.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
