Portfolio Manager

As a Sales Executive at Square Yards in Bangalore, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients for upsell opportunities. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to deal closure. - Travel within Bangalore for client meetings as required. - Generate 3 to 4 walking per week. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. - Possession of a valid Driver's License and a Bike is mandatory. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high self-motivation. In this role, you can expect a salary hike on your current CTC, quarterly hikes of 10%, and uncapped incentives ranging from 75k to 1.5L per month based on performance.
