Portfolio Credit Manager - Micro Business Loan/LAP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation for business loan/LAP applications.
  
• Perform credit underwriting and monitoring to ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  
• Assess borrower's creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant factors.
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies for new business opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the lending process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in credit management or related field (business loans/LAP).
  
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, credit evaluation, credit monitoring, credit underwriting principles.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel or similar platforms for data analysis.
