• Knowledge of EMI calculation, fixed & floating ROI

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve 100% assigned business targets
• Team recruitment, handling & performance management (SO/RM)
• Lead marketing activities (canopy, leafleting, self-sourcing, tele leads)
• Customer acquisition, meetings, relationship management & query resolution
• Portfolio management in coordination with collections (ECS/ACH, visits)
• Physical verification of customer residence, business, assets & documents
• Coordination with FI, legal, valuation, credit & OPS teams
• Preparation of CAM, case appraisal & recommendations
• Reference checks, delinquent case follow-ups & WIRR maintenance
• Documentation, agreements, disbursement formalities & MIS reporting
• Ensure compliance, audit closure & OPS pendency clearance
