Job Description

Lead and Conversion Management
- Lead Management, Tracking & Conversion Mechanism of PAPQ.
Portfolio Management
- Tracking portfolio movement and retention efforts, Portfolio performance monitoring, Portfolio Dashboards and MIS, Retention Program & Strategy, PDD management, Publishing 0-6 MOB delinquency MIS
Contests and Performance Tracking
- Daily Contest update on Employees, Identifying weekly and monthly performers and publishing the data, Monthly and quarterly Contests, Publishing the data of employees who are falling short of achievement and highlighting the key points which can enable them to earn incentive, Publishing performance data of employees with zero login and disbursement
Team and Support Management -
Mapping of Team against support team (BCLTO), branch excellence etc.
Reporting and Presentations
- Management presentations, Tracking and reporting of daily movement of leads, logins, WIP and ABND
Training and Development -
Training and Business Activities Calander and follow up.
