As a Policy Product Specialist in Platinum at Google, you will play a crucial role in managing and troubleshooting tasks, proactively detecting and resolving issues to ensure advertisers and sales teams maximize the potential of Google products. Your main responsibility will be to prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google's advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners. You will also leverage your product expertise to solve complex technical customer issues, conduct strategic projects, and analyze data and insights to create action plans addressing root causes for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues for Google's advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners. - Apply product expertise to solve complex technical customer issues, conduct strategic projects, and analyze data to create action plans. - Partner with Sales and other cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey, resolve complex issues, and provide mentorship and leadership across the team. - Share insights and expertise to support product and process improvements, driving an inclusive team culture and success globally. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in any policy and project/program management role. - Experience working on analytical problems in a technology support environment. - Experience using Ads or other online advertising solutions and familiarity with the media landscape. - Experience in account/campaign management roles, technical troubleshooting, or customer support. - Ability to develop strategic perspectives on customer-focused solutions, conduct business analysis, and make recommendations. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
