We are looking for a Podcast Production Intern who is curious, creative, and eager to learn the end-to-end process of building a powerful podcast. This is not just an editing role , it is an opportunity to be part of storytelling that reaches thousands and shapes conversations.

Role Overview:

As a Podcast Production Intern, you will support the planning, recording, editing, and publishing of InTalks episodes. You’ll work closely with the host and team, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, podcast production, and digital amplification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production: Assist in scheduling and coordination with speakers. Support in preparing show notes, questions, and content outlines.
• Production: Help manage recording sessions (in-person or virtual).Ensure basic technical setup and smooth execution of recordings. Observe and learn the nuances of guest management during sessions.
• Post-Production: Assist in editing audio/video under guidance (Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).Prepare clips, highlight reels, and short-form content for social media. Support uploading and distribution across podcast platforms.
• Amplification: Help in creating episode descriptions, captions, and promotional material. Track episode performance and engagement metrics.

What You’ll Learn:

End-to-end podcast production (research, recording, editing, publishing).Storytelling and content design for audio and video formats.Working with high-profile guests and professional networks.Podcast marketing and audience-building strategies.

Key Skills & Qualities:

Interest in podcasts, media, or digital storytelling. Basic knowledge of audio/video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Audition, Audacity, etc.) preferred but not mandatory. Good research and communication skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
