Podcast Manager

As a Podcast & Community Manager in the CEO's Office at HighRadius, you will be responsible for overseeing the GBS Masterminds Podcast, a flagship podcast hosted by our CEO that connects with GBS leaders, CFOs, and CXOs globally. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the podcast, from conceptualization to distribution, while collaborating with busy executives to deliver exceptional content. This high-visibility position offers you the opportunity to work directly with C-level stakeholders, lead high-profile projects, and enhance a podcast that influences industry decision-makers. Your key responsibilities will include developing podcast strategies and themes aligned with industry trends, creating a Total Addressable Market (TAM) for outreach to top executives, and crafting engaging messaging scripts to secure guest participation. You will oversee content creation and production to ensure each episode is insightful and engaging, manage recording sessions, collaborate with video editors for consistent branding, and perform quality checks before release. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and executing distribution strategies across various channels, optimizing for engagement, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to drive growth. Stakeholder management will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will closely work with the CEO to align the podcast with strategic priorities and messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and manage guest relationships to deliver an exceptional experience throughout the podcast process. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in podcast production, content marketing, or executive communications. You should possess proven stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives, and be familiar with end-to-end podcast workflows. Strong writing skills for messaging scripts, outreach, and promotional content are essential, along with proficiency in content marketing across multiple channels like social media and email. Preferred skills include understanding of GBS and Shared Services industry trends, a collaborative mindset for working with creative teams, a data-driven approach to track podcast performance, and a creative eye for storytelling and content design.
