About the Role

Podcast Guest Coordinator

You will be the bridge between the guests and the content team — understanding the guest’s story, identifying the right questions to ask, and helping prepare them for the podcast recording.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with invited cricket players 2–3 days before the podcast recording.
• Conduct initial calls to understand the guest’s background, interesting angles, untold stories, and potential discussion topics.
• Curate and share a list of recommended questions with the internal content team.
• Coordinate follow-up calls with the guest to prepare them for the interview format, tone, and expected talking points.
• Ensure the guest feels comfortable, informed, and confident before the shoot.
• Maintain timely communication and scheduling to avoid any last-minute issues.
• Work closely with the production and content teams during the pre-podcast process.

Requirements

• Passionate about cricket — strong understanding of players, career paths, formats, and cricket culture.
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, polite).
• Comfortable speaking with well-known cricket personalities.
• Strong research ability to identify good questions and story angles.
• Highly organised and reliable, with strong follow-up capability.
• Must be based in

  Bangalore

  and willing to come to office.
• Prior experience in coordination or communication roles is a plus (but not mandatory).

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in coordination, sports management, or podcasting.
• Ability to pick interesting story angles for cricket conversations.
