Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Vice Principal position at Podar Education Network, located in Gaya. The Vice Principal will oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the school. Responsibilities include managing faculty, implementing school policies, developing curricula, and fostering a supportive and productive learning environment. The role also involves coordinating with parents and community members, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Education - PG + B.Ed./M.Ed. is mandatory
• Teaching skills - Experience of min. 10-15 Yrs working in CBSE Schools
• Excellent English Communication & ICT Skills
• Training and Development skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in an educational leadership role is preferred
• Proficiency in using educational technology and administrative software
