POD Modular Design Manager

Job Role: Modular POD Product Designer / Architect

Location: Sector 58, Gurugram, NCR, India

We are looking for an experienced professional from the Modular Furniture industry with strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor. The role involves designing and delivering modular PODs (kitchen, bath, living) from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine modular PODs aligned with predefined design language and user experience goals

• Prepare 3D CAD models, technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation (Autodesk Inventor expertise required)

• Collaborate with architects and interior designers for seamless integration into built environments

• Oversee prototyping, vendor coordination, and manufacturing

• Support product evolution through research, ideation, and feature exploration

Mandatory Requirements

• Industry Background: Modular Furniture Design (must-have)

• Software Expertise: Autodesk Inventor (must-have)

• Education: B.Des OR B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) + M.Des (Industrial or Furniture Design)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years (with M.Des) or 5 years (with B.Des/B.Arch)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials and modular fabrication

• Familiarity with Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, 3DS Max), Adobe Suite, Rhino

• Working knowledge of MEP services
