Role Overview:

Pod Lead – Creative Dubbing

The ideal candidate comes from a creative background (production or post-production), has proven leadership experience, and is comfortable managing projects, people, and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a pod of writers, editors, and sound engineers to deliver dubbed content
• Ensure creative quality and consistency across scripts, performances, and audio output
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Guide writers in script adaptation and localization while preserving tone and context
• Oversee editors and sound engineers to ensure audio quality, sync, and polish
• Foster collaboration and creativity within the pod
• Monitor workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve output quality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, production, content) to align with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in media, production, post-production, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in content production, post-production, or creative media
• Proven track record of leading creative teams or pods
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, with a good ear for performance, audio quality, and narrative flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in dubbing, localization, or audio storytelling
• Familiarity with episodic drama, fantasy, or scripted storytelling
• Background in managing cross-functional creative teams
• Strong understanding of script adaptation best practices
