Role & responsibilities Purchase order creation. Processing SES in SAP workflow in Vendor invoice management (VIM). Agreement creation and amendment in SAP. Follow up with finance and business team for budget approval. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of the Purchase order & SES. Rectifying error and deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions. Support supervisor on reporting and analysis. GRIR reconciliation. Resolve any issues or discrepancies in PO & SES. Ensure timely and accurate processing of PO Amendment and SES creations. Follow SOPs and working instructions for processing. Good understanding of invoice processing and payment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or supply chain management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in P2P software like SAP, Ariba.
