• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects using

  Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  
• Manage cross-functional teams including

  developers, QA, DevOps, designers, and business analysts

• Translate business requirements into

  technical specifications and execution plans

  .
• Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate

  project risks, technical risks, and delivery bottlenecks

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and cost control.
  
• Act as the primary communication bridge between

  clients, stakeholders, and technical teams

• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management.
  
• Oversee system architecture discussions, integrations, APIs, and cloud deployments.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  data protection, security standards, and regulatory requirements

• Track and report KPIs, project health, velocity, burn-down, and performance dashboards.
  
• Control scope creep through structured

  change requests and impact analysis

  .
• Lead vendor management, third-party integrations, and offshore delivery teams.
  
• Ensure high-quality delivery through

  UAT, system testing, and performance validation

  .
• Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices where applicable.
  
• Present project progress, risks, and executive-level reports to senior leadership.
  
• Support pre-sales,

  technical proposals, solution design, and project estimation

  .
• Mentor junior project managers, scrum masters, and technical leads.
  
• Ensure continuous improvement through

  post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
