Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Tracking & Reporting:
Assist in the tracking of project progress, ensuring key milestones are met.
Prepare and distribute regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with project schedules.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
PMO Process & Methodology Support:
Ensure project management methodologies, tools, and templates are followed consistently across all projects.
Assist in the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Support project managers in maintaining consistent project governance.
Resource Management Support:
Assist in tracking resource allocation and availability for ongoing projects.
Help coordinate project team activities and assist in managing resources effectively.
Identify potential resource constraints and escalate to leadership when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between project teams and PMO leadership.
Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, such as project kick-offs, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
Risk & Issue Management:
Support the identification, monitoring, and reporting of project risks and issues.
Assist project managers in developing mitigation strategies and maintaining issue logs.
