Overseeing resource allocation, capacity planning, and balancing workloads across projects.
Coaching project managers, facilitating team building, and resolving conflicts.
Tracking project status, monitoring performance, managing finances, and providing updates to stakeholders.
Identifying and helping teams address project-related challenges and risks.
