The PMO Lead manages the overall Project Portfolio and acts as the custodian of the Project Governance.
Engages with the different streams to contribute to the coordination of the process of building the Projects Funnel in line with strategic priorities.
Actively engages with the other Governance Bodies to align on Global Projects/Initiatives that might potentially impact the Project Funnel.
The PMO Lead contributes to the overall PMO strategy and works closely with the Senior Transformation management.
Drive overall agreed upon program planning & governance cycle throughout the assigned delivery pillars
Integrate the program plan changes & derogations as part of the governance cycle
Document and follow up resolution of delivery pillars risks and issues with key stakeholders
Coordinate the agreed upon resolution of the project constraints of scope, time, risk and resources
