Role Overview: The Employee Life Experience team at Amdocs focuses on creating a differentiated employee experience and aims to have a significant impact on employees" personal development journey. They are seeking a candidate who is passionate about challenging the status-quo and contributing as a catalyst in developing employees" life skills. The team's goal is to attract and retain the best talent in the industry while optimizing individual and collective potential in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement programs that reinforce the Amdocs culture and enhance employee engagement by collaborating with cross-functional team members. - Develop various content types such as written materials, videos, infographics, and presentations to engage the target audience effectively. - Stay updated on critical areas like Psychology, Sociology, and internal & external trends to establish best practices within Amdocs India. - Ensure program objectives are met by strategizing risk mitigation, identifying challenges, and analyzing data to generate management reports. - Establish a distinct program brand, lead employee outreach, streamline work processes, and implement best practices across projects. Qualification Required: - Thrive on momentum and experimentation, adaptable to changing environments, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across boundaries and interact with individuals at all levels. - Experience in trend analysis, insights presentation, and proficiency in social media trends to engage Millennial and Gen Z employees. - Background in HR/Psychology/Training/Event Management with 3-8 years of experience, preferably a Masters degree in Psychology/Sociology/Management/Communication. - Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with skills in creating infographics and videos using tools like SharePoint, Canva, and Photoshop.
