PMO - Principal Analyst Operations

Role Overview: You will be joining a team that dreams big and is always looking forward to serving up new ways to meet life's moments. As an Operations PMO at AB InBev GCC, you will play a crucial role in executing the GBS Operational Excellence Program in GCC. Your main responsibilities will include envisioning, strategizing, and executing Ops priorities, driving key projects, and delivering on 1YP-3YP plans through a data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: - Fully comprehend the company's Ops Excellence program and implement ideas to execute existing plans and drive the OE framework - Collaborate with Fin Ops towers and other GCC teams to monitor progress through logical dashboards, tracking performance metrics - Analyze performance trends, identify risks, and present insights to the leadership team through power points - Identify process gaps, implement solutions using Project management methodologies, and drive the adoption of efficient initiatives - Drive various Ops routines such as Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Ops RnR, Ops Events, Stakeholder visits, and Engagement initiatives - Challenge the status quo to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of routines, ensuring data quality and coordination with Ops and GCC teams - Actively participate in continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, and NPS initiatives, displaying a growth mindset to uncover opportunities Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background - Experience: 3-5 years of previous work experience in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs - Skills: High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, presentation skills, change management, E2E project management, cross-department collaboration, strong English written and verbal communication skills, expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
