Description
As a Cyber Risk Posture Project/Process Analyst at FedEx, you will be responsible for leading large-scale programs to support cyber risk mitigation across the enterprise. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to analyze current-state data maturity and processes, driving increased risk visibility, and improving data quality for effective risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives to assess current state, drive solution identification, launch minimum viable products, and enhance risk visibility and mitigation. - Collaborate across teams to document current processes and create user stories for prioritization and delivery of solutions. - Proactively address project blockers and escalate issues as needed. - Analyze requirements from Cyber Risk Posture Management teams and the business to define detailed action plans and manage requirements using Agile framework. - Validate process documents with InfoSec and Business partners, support testing requirements, and prepare test plans. - Support the design of new business solutions, assess impacts and risks, and ensure Product Backlog Items meet the Definition of Ready. - Evaluate dependencies, interfaces, and specify inputs and outputs to meet business needs, defining Functional and Non-Functional Requirements. - Assist the Business Team and Product Owners in prioritizing change requests. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. - 3-6 years of experience in InfoSec or IT field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and Business Leaders. - Proficiency in Process Mapping using MS Visio and preparing Keystroke Level Mapping documents. - Experience in documenting business requirements, process maps, user stories, test design, and requirement traceability. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion. - Knowledge of SDLC Life cycle, Microsoft Power Apps, Automation tools, and AI technologies preferred. - Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Practical experience in LEAN, AGILE, Design Thinking, and information security compliance. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Modules, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate. - Willingness to participate in after-hour escalations to support on-call team members.,
