Job Description

We are seeking aPMO Executivewith 3-8 years of experience in IT services. The ideal candidate will oversee business processes, optimize operations, and support strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

Assist in designing and implementingoperational processesto enhance productivity.
Work with cross-functional teams tostreamline workflowsand remove bottlenecks.
Monitor and improveservice delivery metricsand internal processes.

Financial & Performance Analysis:

Trackoperational KPIs, costs, and revenue metricsto ensure financial efficiency.
Support budgeting, forecasting, andcost optimization initiatives.
Prepare reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smoothservice operations.
Assist in contract management and operational compliance.

Business Strategy & Execution:

Support leadership in executingbusiness plans and growth initiatives.
Identify areas for process automation and operational scalability.

Key Requirements:

3-8 years of experiencein business operations within anIT servicesor consulting environment.
Strong understanding ofoperational processes, financial planning, and data analysis.
Proficiency inExcel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Ability to collaborate across teams and driveprocess improvements.
Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
