PMO Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing of Projects/Accelerators executed in the department, keeping track of milestones, Helpdesk Data, CI/CD execution of Projects and subsequent billing, Resource utilisation in the department, Keeping track of project schedule, budget, manage escalations, Newgen quality process, coordination between Project Manager, HR, Delivery Managers and Department Head

Key responsibilities:

• PMO Management : Establish and maintain PMO framework and governance, develop PMO policies, monitor and review each projects, continuous improvement in project management practices, lead department level taskforces and initiatives
• Resource Allocation : Ensure right resources alignment in each project of the group, monitor allocation and utilization of each resource, monitor skillset of each resource, training requirement of the resources
• Stakeholder management : Engage with multiple stakeholders Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Department Head, PMO, Quality team, HR. Communicate project status, risk to all stakeholders
• Financial management : Manage and review Project costs, budgets, billing, department productivity
• Data presentation : Ability to build dashboards, presentation, data analysis

Skills:

• Good knowledge in Project management, resource management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent in making presentations, excel, Data analysis, summarizing the data as per analysis

Preferred candidate profile

Education :

• Bachelor's of Science/B.Tech . Project management certification is preferred.
