Must-Have PL/SQL
Good-to-Have SQL, Insurance Domain knowledge

1 Good problem solving abilities, communication skills, Quick learner and also a good team player
2 Ability to analyze, trouble shoot, debug complex PL/SQL components
3 Ability to write medium to complex SQL in production
4 Coordination with the support groups at onshore and offshore (Across geographies)
5 Must know ITIL process
6 Ability to make PL/SQL code changes and implement to production
7 Ability to create SOP (Standard operating Procedure) and come up with automation ideas to reduce manual effort
