Role Overview

Data Reporting Analyst

• Develop, maintain and optimize

  SQL queries

  /PL-SQL procedures

  to generate accurate and timely reports.
• Leverage

  Microsoft Excel

  (pivot tables, formatting, and visualizations) for ad-hoc analysis and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across

  product, finance, and operations

  to capture reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct

  data validation, reconciliation and quality checks

  to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Document

  reporting logic, data definitions and business rules

  to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Work with data engineering teams to identify and address

  gaps in data pipelines/ETL processes

  , ensuring reporting needs are met.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support decision-making across lending operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  SQL and PL/SQL

  (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience in

  Tableau

  for building dashboards, visualizations and self-service reporting.
• Exposure to

  data pipelines/ETL concepts

  and ability to collaborate with data engineering teams.
• Experience working with financial services data, especially from

  LOS, LMS, or Collections platforms

  .
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving mindset

  with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate

  business requirements into technical logic

  effectively.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  for analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of

  Python programming language
