Job Summary

PLM Project Lead / Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all phases of PLM projects including

    implementation, upgrade, and migration

    .
  • Assess current state systems and design effective PLM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain tools supporting PLM lifecycle activities (implementation, upgrade, migration).
  • Actively participate in development, testing, deployment, and support activities across project phases.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with teammates to optimize project efficiency.
  • Ensure attention to detail and document methods, configurations, and lessons learned.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong

    database experience

    : Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Proven experience with

    PTC Windchill upgrades

    ; familiarity with

    Windchill 11.x and above

    preferred.
  • Experience with

    PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)

    .
  • Programming experience in

    Java

    or

    Python

    (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
