Job Role Responsibilities Role: Project Management Tools Specialist with a strong background in the automotive sector Responsibilities: Evaluate and implement project management tools to streamline processes efficiency improvement. Customize tools to support cross-functional collaboration in product development and project execution. To analyze data, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Facilitate communication between engineering, production, and quality assurance teams using project management platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in project management within the automotive sector. Facilitate integration of tools with other systems and applications. Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional: Deep understanding of various project management tools. Familiarity with automotive project management methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP) along with understanding of Project life cycle of automotive. Behavioural: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Co-ordinate department activities and represent in various forums. Good Interpersonal, Communication Presentation skills.
