PLM System Specialist

As a Dy. Manager / Mgr reporting to the Group Leader functionally and to the DPM administratively, you will be required to possess 5 to 8 years of experience in the field, within the age limit of 26 to 33 years. Your educational qualifications should include a B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile/ Computer Science & similar fields. Additionally, it would be desirable to have a minimum of 4 years of experience with project management tools in the automotive industry, along with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and training abilities. Your role as a Project Management Tools Specialist within the automotive sector will involve the following responsibilities: - Evaluating and implementing project management tools to enhance processes and efficiency. - Customizing tools to promote cross-functional collaboration in product development and project execution. - Analyzing data, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements. - Facilitating communication among engineering, production, and quality assurance teams through project management platforms. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automotive project management. - Integrating tools with other systems and applications for seamless operations. In terms of competency requirements, you should have a deep understanding of various project management tools and be familiar with automotive project management methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, and the project life cycle in the automotive industry. Moreover, you are expected to exhibit strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinate department activities, and represent the department in various forums. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills will be crucial for this role.,
