Job Description

Role & responsibilities

6 to 8 years
of hands-on experience in
PLC programming
, specifically with
Siemens
and
Allen Bradley
systems. Proficiency in
ladder logic
,
structured text
, and
functional block diagram programming
.
Strong expertise in
Servo and VFD drive selection
and programming, including the ability to troubleshoot, tune, and optimize drive systems for various applications.
Extensive experience in
PLC programming
within the
process industry
, including
automated manufacturing, industrial control systems
, and
real-time process control
.

experience, with a focus on, integrating new technologies, and optimizing existing systems.
Control design experience
: Ability to develop control systems from scratch, including system architecture, I/O design.
Proficiency in understanding
E-plan circuit diagrams
, with an integration and control panel designs.
In-depth knowledge of
switchgear items

panel layout
, and
Bill of Materials (BOM)
, including the selection and sizing of electrical components.
Strong understanding of
industrial communication protocols
(e.g.,
Modbus

Profibus

Experience with
HMI systems
for process monitoring and control, including designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring seamless interaction with PLCs.
Project management
experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely delivery of projects, and work collaboratively with teams.
Excellent
troubleshooting and debugging skills

in the selection, configuration, and troubleshooting of drives for various applications.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
: Responsible for
troubleshooting

commissioning of new products
at the customer site, ensuring smooth integration of control systems and compliance with project specifications.
Customer Support
: Provide technical support and ensure efficient system performance post-installation, addressing any issues and providing solutions on-site as needed.
System Integration
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLCs, drives, HMIs, and other components into the overall system architecture.
Documentation
: Create and maintain detailed documentation for control system designs, configurations, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting reports.
