Role & responsibilities • Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and deploy PLC programs (e.g., ladder logic, function block diagrams). • Design human-machine interface (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. • Contribute to the design and development of hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, adhering to global industry standards. • Conduct effective testing and debugging of PLC programs and hardware systems, identifying and resolving issues to meet project deadlines and quality standards. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs, hardware designs, and system configurations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and streamlined project management. • Providing technical support during system installation, commissioning, and post-implementation phases. • Stay updated with latest advancements in automation, PLC programming, hardware design, and related technologies, actively incorporating new knowledge into project solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting skills & decision making skills are must. • CFT collaboration with mechanical, electrical engineers and project managers to deliver solutions. • Motivate team and provide necessary regular inputs for mutual growth
