PLC Programming & Automation Engineer Job Title : PLC Programming & Automation Engineer Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore Experience : 0-2 Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implementPLC-based control systemsfor automotive manufacturing lines. Program and configureautomation hardware and softwareincluding HMIs, sensors, actuators, and robotics. Performdiagnostics and troubleshootingof PLC systems to resolve faults and improve uptime. Collaborate with process engineers toautomate repetitive tasks, reduce cycle times, and improve efficiency. Maintain documentation forPLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations. Stay updated withlatest automation technologies, including Industry 4.0 and IoT integration. Skills Required: * Proficiency inPLC programming languages(e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley). * Strong understanding ofindustrial control systems, SCADA, and automation protocols. *Experience withelectrical schematics, instrumentation, and safety interlocks. *Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
